During any research process conducted by CONSUMER VISION, whether by telephone, Internet, Mail or in person, we assure you that any personal information received by us will be kept confidential. We give all respondents the option to refuse to participate, answer questions, and continue with any research conducted/organized by CONSUMER VISION.
Our privacy policy is a statement of principles that describe a level of protection for the personal information received from respondents and the general public at CONSUMER VISION. Our objective is to promote proper personal information management practices that are consistent with the provisions of the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and those of MRIA (Marketing Research and Intelligence Association).
We will continue to review our privacy policy and practices and ensure that we stay inline with any changes in industry standards, technologies and laws.
